“The golden demand as economic investment has increased in a dramatic way. In the last days it can be said that it has exploited”, he mentions in the same rotary Stephan Henkel, golden merchant of the company Umicore, which produces ingots and coins.
After mentioning that “the demand is 10 times major that in normal times”, Henkel points out that the delivery times of his products have been late at present even between 2 and 4 weeks.
The Manager of Heraeus, Hans-Günter Ritter, has not wanted to answer how many golden ingots are taking place every day, but he has confirmed that are more than in the Austrian Ögussa. Ögussa it produces at present between approximately 30 and 40 kilograms of golden ingots every day.
