Spain is a slightly productive country, from the temporary point of view. It is necessary to manage better the time so that the results are much more efficient. We have wanted to gather an article that turns out to be interesting to us about the topic published in the newspaper Five Day.
The schedules and Spanish, singular customs in some cases with regard to Europe, do that the return to the work costs more after the summer shutdown. Conscious of it, the National Commission for the Rationalization of the Spanish Schedules has published a series of recommendations for a return to the normality without problems. Ignacio Buqueras, president of ARHOE – juridical organ of the commission – affirms that “our time has to be managed to prevent the return to the normality from supposing a trauma. For it he proposes ten advices to confront the new labor period with energy.
- To be punctual. It is the genesis of a few rational schedules. He allows to make use more of the time, it is a way of showing respect about the time of the others and of demanding it towards the proper one.
- To make use of the time. It is limited and easily desperdiciable, for what there is that mentalizarse to make use of it to the maximum and to stop the tasks of the day without need spending more hours of owed in the work place or to take tasks to house.
- Not to steal the time of the others; to lose the proper one is equal of seriously that to do it to him to lose to the others. It is necessary to try not to drag the partners, chiefs or subordinates to unproductive activities and to not to delay his work for not doing on time the proper one.
- To go out an hour. It is very important to keep the motivation high. It is convenient to claim the right to go out at the fixed hour, even more if one has been productive and each one has expired with his work. The perspective to go out an hour offers the sensation that the proper time is controlled.
- To increase the productivity valuation in work time. - To reduce the hours of meals. In Spain one dedicates too much time to the meal, the dessert, etc. It is advisable to dedicate not more than 45 to 60 minutes and to use rest of time in working, time gained to go out earlier.
- More dedication to the family and free time. The workpeople have the impression of which, on having finished the holidays, only they live to work. It is not necessary to be on holiday to enjoy these aspects.
- To sleep more. Many of the problems have his origin in the bad rest habits. In Spain trasnocha very much and he falls asleep little, and it is possible to improve the quality of life in spite of going to bed earlier.
- To plan. It is the most effective way of making use of the time to the maximum without having that trastocar the schedules. From ARHOE three advises himself to continue the rule of ochos; eight hours to work, eight for the free time and eight to rest.
- To forget the endless days. It is not possible to happen of not doing anything in holidays to live through marathon work days. To return to the work routine is not equivalent to live in the office, and such a sudden change of day favors the stress for the return.
