ECO-100 I equip to extract gold without using mercury

A group of Peruvian professionals, directed by the engineer Carlos Villachica, designed and made a team by means of which it would be avoided to use in its entirety this harmful metal that causes ravages not only to the health but also to the environment.
The device in mention receives the name of ECO-100V and it was proved successfully in the region of God's Mother.
“It recovers 95 % of the present gold in the black fine sand and needs neither the mercury nor much less of the cyanide in no stage of the recovery of the mineral”, added Villachica.
Between other characteristics this small machinery to extract gold without using mercury is desarmable and of easy transport.
Also, it uses not pollutant reagents, re-circulates 90 % of the process water, consumes 0,2 gallons of gasoline for productive cycle and has high resistance to the graze and corrosion.
The ECO-100V operates with gasoline, although this fuel might be replaced or adapted to the natural gas or liquefied gas of oil.
Neither it discarded his functioning with electric power.
It affirmed that this team offers high economic advantages.
“In addition to protecting the man and the environment, this system will allow to increase the profitability of the small miner on having recovered 95 % against 80 % that recovers in the amalgamation, since the expense of the mercury is eliminated.”
The investigator mentioned that at present it meets in conversations different political authorities, as well as with small businessmen so that this team is made of major scale.
Although this technology was developed in the beginning for the alluvial golden operations,
“now we have already started another system, ECO-100H, that also is applicable to the small mining, which exploits golden deposits in rock, which are exploited in the Nasca area, Drives crazy, Ayacucho, Handle, Cusco, Lima, Piura, between others.”
The cost that there would have a team ECO-100H is of approximately 4.500 US Dollars, with all his accessories, for a unit of 100 liters of capacity.
2 months of work of a small miner they would be enough to cover the cost.
