The “field marketing” comes to the Dominican Republic

As fruit of the initiative of diffusion between the Spanish business world of the possibilities of the Dominican Republic as new market for his companies, on the part of the Center of Financial Studies, CEF, is born the first exterior delegation of Aplus Field Marketing.

The CEF, business school, has a Scholarships agreement signed with the State Department of Higher education, Science and Technology of the Dominican Republic, SEESCyT. The agreement consists of the fact that the pupils go to Spain awarded a scholarship by the above mentioned institution, of 100 for 100 of the value of the registration and a monthly maintenance, to realize top studies in the CEF. On having completed his studies, they return to Santo Domingo. At present, the CEF is provided with more than 120 Dominican students.

Diego Olmedilla, Executive President of Aplus Field Marketing, was of visit in this country, last November, along with Arturo de las Heras García, Assistant general director of the CEF, and Fredy Araujo, the Director of International relations of this business school that works with Aplus.

Across the Chamber of Commerce of Spain in Santo Domingo, it has supported interviews and meetings with businessmen and Spanish companies with interests in the Dominican Republic, as well as numerous shares and papers in the Home universities and centers of studies of the above mentioned country.

The presence of Aplus in the Dominican Republic is to make use of the whole human potential that is prepared in the CEF, in Spain, which returned to the country and which does not have opportunities to develop or to apply his knowledge. He makes sure that it is a way of generating work places sources.

Diego Olmedilla values the quality of the Dominican human resources that have been prepared in this institution. He told that the most interesting thing there is the possibility that these pupils could develop the skills that they have obtained in Spain.

“In Spain we are provided with a staff of about 1.200 workers. This type of marketing can fit very well the characteristics of the country. We are in Santo Domingo also because we were feeling a commitment with our pupils who went to study and they are here prepared. We know of his capacities because in the morning they were employed at our company and in the evening they were studying and we meet them very well”, affirmed Olmedilla.

The Dominican market knows new skills to do marketing, which demonstrate that the traditional means are not the only routes where products or services can improve themselves.
