The Central Bank of Iran has started a plan to transform 45.000 million his reservations Euros into Dollars and golden ingots, due to the crisis into the European currency, informed the state television in English PressTV Iran.
This new monetary policy “takes as a target to face to the ambience of new phase of recession in the European states like Greece and Spain, which has caused a fall of the value of the Euro opposite to the Dollar on the international markets”.
“There exist increasing fears of that the economic crisis could strike to other countries of the euroarea”, added PressTV.
In this respect, the web site of the above-mentioned television PressTV quotes an information of the local newspaper Jam - And Jam in which sources not revealed by the newspaper make sure that the plan has already begun and has 3 phases.
