Peru - Antamina and the cost - benefit

The Management of Antamina has just be published by a bulletin where he says:

“To expand the mineral production capacity, the company is evaluating all his financing options, one of them being the utilities reinvestment, what might translate for itself in a reduction of the tax to the revenue (TO BE) paid to the Peruvian State only in the first 2 years of investment”.
