Peru - Exploration I Project Shahuindo

Soon exploration results will be known in project Shahuindo.

The Canadian Sulliden Exploration informed that in the next weeks there will be known the finished result of the current program of exploration for the mining project Shahuindo.

The project of gold and silver Shahuindo is located in the north of Peru, in one of the regions with major potential of gold and silver in the world.

It is believed that the Shahuindo resources meet in about 38 million tons a 0.95 grams law for ton (g/t) of gold and 22.99 g/t of silver.

Sulliden Exploration pointed out that she is much satisfied by the results and finds of the program of exploration that it has developing in the mining project.

“The last reports indicate a potential growth of the golden reservations in areas that had not been explored up to the date. We are extremely pleased with the success of the works of perforation that have behaving in Shahuindo, the same ones that we begin again one year ago. The results of the perforation in the eastern zone also indicate an excellent potential for the increase of the reservations of mineral. We believe that this is going to have a very positive impact in the economy of the project.” there supported the president of Sulliden Gold Corporation, Peter Tagliamonte.

This exploration campaign consists of the perforation of 26 wells that add a 4.500 meters approximate whole located principally close to “Gap Zone”, a broker of potential high place with 500 meters wide that connects the area of San Jose and the eastern zone of the project.

The current exploration campaign is realized by a permission of category 1, but Sulliden is proceeding with a permission of category 2 in order to initiate, in May, 2010, a finished and intensive perforation program in the whole area of authorization of the project Shahuindo.
