Peru - mining Exports raise 43,3 % between January and May, 2010
19-07-2010 Peru prayedThe Department of Energy and Mines informed that the Peruvian exports of metallic mining products added between January, 2010 and May, 2010 approximately 8.121 million dollars, what meant an increase of 43,4 % in relation to the same period of the previous year.
The report of the Department of Energy and Mines says that the total corresponds to the sales of copper (3.289 million dollars), I pray (3.064 millions), zinc (643 millions), lead (512 millions), I tin (237 millions), molybdenum (174 millions), I shoe (155 millions), refined silver (42 millions) and other metals (5 millions).
For his part, the Central Bank of Reservation of Peru informed that in the first 5 months of the year 2010 the golden sales of Peru registered a top total in 20,3 %, while the embarked volume (2.685.000 ounces troy), was a 4,1 % minor to that of the previous year 2009.
