19. Types of tax exemption

Tax exemption of production. The own manufacturer directly commercializes his products or by means of masters-franchise in those countries or geographic zones in which he does not wish to do it. Also “integrated tax exemption” is denominated.
Tax exemption of distribution. The franchiser decides what products made by their suppliers interest to commercialize through their franchise-holders. Also denominated vertical-inverse.
Tax exemption of services. Very extended in the USA; it supposes the franchise-holder to sell the benefits of the created service and start up by the franchiser.
Semi-integrated tax exemption. She is the one that stays between a producer and a wholesaler, or between the wholesaler and the lovers of detail.
Horizontal tax exemption. She is the one that supports located companies to a same level, like manufacturers with manufacturers, wholesalers with wholesalers, etc.
Associate tax exemption. Also very extended in the USA. It allows both parts to participate economically in his respective economic activities, including the interchange of action or participation.
Multifranquicia. It consists of which a same franchise-holder has the ownership of several points of sale or tax exemptions. In our country it is a value to the rise.
Plurifranquicia. The franchise-holder of a chain of stores is united to another network of establishments that is not direct competition of first.
Tax exemption to córner. It always takes place when a traditional lover of detail reserves to a surface from his store to a determined manufacturer or distributer, and in franchise.
Cobranding. It is not a concrete type of tax exemption, but the union of two complementary standards in the same premises, in which they share expenses and commercial management. By his advantages in the sector of the distribution it agrees at least to have it in account.
